 朝鮮金剛山的自然大美景, 除了優美的景色外，因為它是和韓國現代集團一同建設的而備受關注。金剛山旅遊區曾一度與開城工業園區、南北鐵路公路連接工程並稱為朝韓三大經濟合作項目，也被視作朝韓和解、合作、統一進程的象徵之一。

阿里郎 was originally the Korean song known as "Arirang" or "아리랑" in Hangul. The origin of the most famous Korean Folk Song (韓國民謠) has a history of over 600 years.

"Arirang" itself is known to be a place; however, there is no specification on where exactly "Arirang" is, except for the fact that it is a mountain pass.

"Arirang" does not really have a meaning, but it can be split up to form roughly "Dear Beautiful" in English. There are three versions of the song; Jeongseon Arirang, Jindo Arirang and Miryang Arirang; one version for each three different place in Korea.

The breakthrough into the rest of Asia and the Western world is with the 1926 release of the Korean film "Arirang".
