現在我的父親持有美國護照，我由父親再入表申請是否比由家姐申請更好？
以我屬被逮介出境的身份，是否有資格申請家屬團聚？
還是要十年期滿才有條件去申請？
因我在今年和一持有加拿大護照人士結婚，我可吾入籍加拿大？到十年期滿時以加拿大護照居住美國及在美國工作呢？

1. Section 203(g) is basically de-listing due to failure to apply.
2. No - Section 203(g) actually provides reinstatement. So reinstating is a better chance.
3. It depends on the circumstance. Usually, only overstaying will not result in an automatic denied.
