美國入境：海關申報表 Custom Declaration (6059B表格)
入境美國的外籍旅客都必須在下機前填寫兩份表格 ，一份是 I-94表格(I-94 Form) (非免簽而是持一般簽証的旅客要填I-94表格 )一份是海關申報表 Custom Declaration (6059B表格)

( 美國海關申報表，現已有中文的海關申報表，空中小姐會在飛機上發放表格， 一個家庭只要填寫一份海關申報表 ) ，因為按照美國法律，如果您攜帶超過一萬美金現金入境，一定要向美國海關申報，否則海關可以沒收您的財產。
攜帶少於美金一百元的禮品入境不需關稅。
不可攜帶任何食物進入美國，尤其是易腐爛食物，包括水果、蔬菜、肉類或農作物。
衣物、專業設備及其它家庭物品，如果已經使用一段時間並不再出售的話，不需付關稅，可帶入美國。
以某些特定動物為原料的產品禁止帶入美國。詳情請洽 動物及農產品健康檢查服務中心（Animal and Plant Health Inspection services）。
帶入美國的金錢數額不限多少，但如果超過美金一萬元，則必須填寫海關申報表。
任何含有麻醉成份的藥品、或注射藥物均須附上醫生開示的處方證明。走私麻醉藥物入境美國，將受巨額罰款。
如果您是隨旅行團到美國，有一些旅行社會事先將您的海關申報表基本資料都先打好或寫好，您只要再填寫某些問題即可，很方便。簽名要自已簽，旅行社打的資料對不對，要檢查一下， 建議據實以報，因為美國海關人員有時候會抽查入境旅客的行李，如果您所帶的東西沒有據實以報，被海關抽查到，海關可以沒收您的財物，美國海關那也會留下您不良的紀錄，之後您要進入美國，可能每次都會被翻箱倒櫃地檢查行李，得不償失！下列是英文版的樣本 :
