2016年美國抽籤移民簽證的抽籤登記，
自美國東部日光節約時間2014年10月1日正午開始，
一直到美國東部日光節約時間2014年11月3日正午結束。
2016 抽籤移民計劃，不接受書面的申請，
全部採用電子化， 包括線上登記。

DV 2016 Program: Online registration for the DV 2016 Program will begin
on October 1, 2014 at 12:00 noon,
Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4),
and conclude on November 3 , 2014 at 12:00 noon,
Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4).
IMPORTANT
請至美國官網申請, 是免費, 但有私人網站做得很像政府的,
但他們要收代Key In的手續費, 約US$ 100~150多~
所以key in前先確認.
在美國官網申請, 一旦發出, 不能更改, 也不能重新申請.
所以在發出前, 查檢一下, 無誤再發出.
最好把資料弄齊全, 一次填表. 最好不要一邊填, 一邊找資料,
時間托太久, 可能會當機.
DV 2016 Entrants: Please keep your confirmation number until at least June 30, 2016 even if you were not selected on May 1, 2016. 建議: DV2016申請者, 請保留confirmation number至2016年6月30日.
