and conclude on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 12:00 noon,

For DV-2015, natives of the following countries are not eligible to apply, because more than 50,000 natives of these countries immigrated to the United States in the previous five years:
Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China (mainland-born), Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, South Korea, United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland) and its dependent territories, and Vietnam.
Persons born in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan are eligible.
台灣 (包括金, 馬, 台, 澎) 香港, 澳門, 都可參加.
Changes in eligibility this year: For DV-2015, natives of Nigeria are no longer eligible.
IMPORTANT
請至美國官網申請, 是免費, 但有私人網站做得很像政府的,
但他們要收代(KEY IN) 登錄的手續費, 約US$ 100~150多~
所以登錄前先確認.
在美國官網申請, 一旦發出, 不能更改, 也不能重新申請.
所以在發出前, 查檢一下, 無誤再發出.
最好把資料弄齊全, 一次填表. 最好不要一邊填, 一邊找資料,
時間托太久, 可能會當機.
DV 2015 Entrants: Please keep your confirmation number until at least June 30, 2015 even if you were not selected on May 1, 2014. 建議: DV2015申請者, 請保留confirmation number至2015年6月30日.
本格有本綠卡中獎記, 也是台灣的女大學生, 抽中綠卡, 通過面試, 去美國報到, 因台灣的大學科系要實習2年, 所以她又回台實習.
但每年她回美2~3次, 這次8月她回美~海關問她, 書快唸完了嗎? 她回答說快了, 她過海關很順利! 美國海關官員親切有禮. 她很高與, 計劃明年要赴美長住, 繼續深造, 工作 !
所以若能抽中也不錯, 有位台灣男大學生, DV2013抽中, 通過面試, 報到, 現在加州等綠卡. 也有台灣留美學生抽中, 要在美國送件, 也有上班族小姐 , 工作多年, 去年DV2014有抽中. 還有蠻多人來自不同的背景, 有抽中. 但這也是有點靠運氣~
